Refund Policy

At Chiodo Angelo Lavorazione Funghi S.a.s. di Chiodo Chiara & C., we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our artisanal food products made from mushrooms and chestnuts from the Sila region. We take great care in preparing and packaging our products to provide you with the highest quality items. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns and Refunds

1.1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@funghichiodo.com to report the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and, if it is indeed damaged or defective, we will offer you a replacement product or a refund, as per your preference. Shipping charges for the return will also be refunded.

1.2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at info@funghichiodo.com. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and, once received, send you the correct product at no additional cost. Shipping charges for the return will also be refunded.

1.3. Change of Mind: If you have a change of mind and wish to return an unopened, non-perishable product, please contact us at info@funghichiodo.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the product price, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Exclusions

2.1. Perishable Products: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for perishable items, including but not limited to fresh mushrooms and chestnuts.
